In many religions and spiritual precedents, we are considered to be created in God’s image.

When we abide by the concept of an original creator we can say that the magnanimous continues within us and yet we resist yielding to that inner wisdom. We seem to be blinded to what resides within.

For millennia, our earth and all its inhabitants have been transforming over and over again. We recognize it in a kernel that becomes a seedling, and then develops into a plant. Yet many say it is just nature’s programming.

There is a naturally inherent intuition that is true of all nature and we are natural beings.

As we go through the trials of these anomalous times, specifically dealing with COVID-19; thoughts go everywhere except to our innate abilities for guidance and peace.

What we wish is to transmute our circumstance, to have our normal daily activities resume.

To be effective, we need to stop resisting our inner knowing. Albert Einstein said, “The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.”

In this moment in time we are all best served by remembering to listen to our inner wisdom. That intuitive voice can help us mitigate so much of our resistance.

One of the easiest ways of producing change in our world is to pay attention when we feel resistance towards someone or something. That is our intuition’s way of nudging us, letting us know it is time to transform our thoughts, our view or the company we are in.

Intuition is not there to act as a warrior protecting us from all difficulties in the world, it is more the sentry calling out a warning to be at the ready and alert.

It is also, as Albert Einstein reminded us, a gift. A gift that is used in conjunction with modern science would indeed speed up our results and at the very least would afford us more harmony.

Ivy League Schools have medical school journals in which scientific findings and accomplishments are documented. In a myriad of cases it has been proven that having harmony, or in other words managing stress, produces a healthier person. Following this train of reason, if we stop resisting inner guidance, we then have stronger immune systems.

We have intuition which is visceral and unbiased, and then we have the analytical which is frequently swayed by our ego. What is important to realize is that choice is always ours.

Second sense [inner knowing] and linear knowing both serve us in different ways. Again, the choice is always ours, we have the option as to which we allow or give our attention.

We have the option of acknowledging when we are in a state of resistance versus flow.
